Exceptionally nice personnel is from waiter. The hotel has spotless rooms with comfortable beds, baby cot, fan on high. In-house restaurant has lovely food choices. Every time in Hong Kong, I choose this place.

New-fashioned room with Japanese decor and spacious bathroom. Very quick check in and easy check out. Not to mention free Wi-Fi. Location very close to big department stores, and the town center. For tea or coffee visit Kai Kai Dessert nearby.

The location of this hotel was absolutely fantastic. It was conveniently situated in the city center and close to the metro station, making it easy to explore all the great things Hong Kong has to offer. Plus, there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, making it a convenient spot to stay. Additionally, the room itself was spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing space to unwind after a long day of sightseeing.
There were a few downsides to my stay. The menu was limited and there were no options to make changes.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, with clean and well-equipped rooms. The location was superb, just minutes away from the Jordan MTR station, surrounded by convenience stores and restaurants. The staff were extra helpful and provided great recommendations for local eateries.
The hotel breakfast menu could be improved with faster cooking times for items like pancakes.
